According to the company's needs, formulate the standards of personnel allocation for each post and take charge of personnel recruitment;
To formulate staffing and job description, to formulate manpower planning according to the company's needs, and to make reasonable suggestions on staff appointment, assessment and promotion;
Improvement and implementation of rules and regulations;
The formulation, perfection and implementation of various rules and procedures of the company, as well as the supervision and guidance of various departments to standardize the system and process;
Enterprise culture construction and staff training;
To guide the team/company to formulate relevant rules and regulations;
Other jobs: integration and docking of recruitment resources.

Age above 25 years old, Bachelor degree, human resources management major graduation is preferred;
Three years or more experience in human resources, with relevant personnel certificates;
Familiar with personnel six modules and knowledge, familiar with labor laws and regulations and local labor disputes settlement;
Be objective, rigorous, down-to-earth and dedicated; have strong interpersonal communication, coordination and organizational skills.

Familiar with all kinds of office software, not limited to Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
Above CET-4, fluent in reading and writing.
