GUANGDONG-HONG KONG

ROBOTICS ACADEMY

The Guangdong-Hong Kong Robotics Academy was established by Songshan Lake TechX Institute and Guangdong University of Technology in September 2015. Through a series of written examinations and interviews, 80 students were selected out of more than 300 applicants in Design, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, and Mathematics to become the inaugural class.

The Academy's unique undergraduate teaching program employs the "2 + 2" training method, where students spend the first two years at their home university before locating on-site to XbotPark.

During their time at the Robotics Academy, students have well-provided opportunities to participate in internships, factory visits, domestic conferences, international exhibitions, industry exchanges, and more. Robotics Academy students alse have invaluable access to XbotPark services, including professional mentoring services and events hosted for XbotPark startups.
